Day 1: Dushabe – Hissor – Dushanbe

Day 2: Dushanbe – Norak – Kalai Khum

Day 3: Kalai Khum – Rushan
After breakfast you will travel to Rushan. During the tour you will explore that it is 10 km from Kalai Khum. During the tours, you will be able to see that Rushan is located right in the heart of the Pamir country. Day 4: Rushan – Bartang Valley – Trek to Jizew

And this day you will have a chance to discover this place. Along the way you will have a chance to get acquainted with really Bartang people who are still keeping their traditions for many years. This area consists of scenic forests, gravel roads, rocks, glaciers etc. You will drive from the Down Bartang to Upper Bartang along the river. The Bartang River flows into the Panj River which devise the border between Tajikstan and Afghanistan. In 1930, Pavel Luknitsky, a Russian researcher, said: "Anyone who has not been to the Bartanga Valley has not been to the Pamirs at all." And at the same time, the inhabitants of Barthang themselves are perhaps the most prototypical region of their homeland. You will spend the night in the home stay.
Day 5: Jizew – Rushan – Khorog
This day you will start the tour very early to arrange visas for Afghanistan in Khorog. You will have a chance to overlook this city that is surrounded by mountains all around. You will explore that the town was built on the confluence of the 3 rivers where Shokhdara river and Ghund river flow into Pyanj river. Along the way to Khorog you will meet Pamir locals. Life in the mountains has made the traditions of the locals different from those of the Tajik people. Our clients will be able to explore what the Tajiks are different from the Pamirs during the tour. Pamir people have a different language and appearance. You will learn that the Pamir people have light skin, light hair and blue eyes. The Pamir Mountains are the highest mountains in the world with a human population after the Himalayas in Tibet. This night you will spend in the guesthouse.
Day 6: Khorog
This day you will discover the city Khorog. Khorog is small even by the standards of Tajikistan — its population is less than 30 thousand inhabitants. Nevertheless, it is the main city of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. Located at an altitude of more than 2200 m above sea level at the confluence of the high-altitude rivers Panj and Gunt, Khorog is of interest to curious tourists. It is located in a gorge between the mountains, which has a significant impact on the climate — the warm and dry summer season is replaced by a not very cold winter, there are no burning icy winds. In course of the tour you will have a chance to fascinate the views and visit Tajik families who live here.
Day 7: Khorog – Kalai Khum
This day you will go via the fascinating river valley and amazing gorges in the terrain. Here you can make a stop, take photos of mountains and rivers, and also explore the beautiful scenery. During the tour, you will be able to explore the beautiful scenery of the villages, and get acquainted with the life of the locals. Today you will have a chance to overlook great river valley. Today you will also have a chance to meet locals on the way. Today you will rest the night in the hotel.
