Day 1: Arrival Tashkent
Today you will arrive to Tashkent. After that you will meet the driver with “Orient Mice” signboard at meeting area. He will accompany you to Tashkent capital of Uzbekistan. Today you will have half day city tour. After that explore the main square of the country that is named as Independence Square. You will know that it was erected in honor of victory in WWII. After that you will have a chance to walk along the amazing street the local Broadway. You will see that this street joins two outstanding capital’s squares: Independence square and Amir Timur square. Further you will check-in and rest will be in the hotel. You will spend the night in the hotel.
Day 2: Tashkent – Chimgan – Tashkent
After the breakfast you will travel to Chimgan Mountains. This day you will go to the top of the mountain to overlook Beldersay peak by chair lift. You are going to enjoy the beauty of the nature, marvel the views, breathe fresh air and discover the fascinating scenery. After that you will come back and discover Charvak lake shore where you will have an opportunity to explore the charm of the landscapes. Today you will also have a chance to have some water activities, but it depends on season. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery, see the natural charm and also explore the artificial reservoir, which is located in the spurs of the Western Tien Shan from Tashkent to the north-east. Locals call this place as the Charvak or Tashkent Sea. The blue reservoir is protected from cold winds by high mountains surrounded by green slopes. You will be delighted by the pond with beautiful scenery and attracts the attention of not only locals, but also tourists. After that you will travel to Tashkent. You will rest the night in the hotel.
Day 3: Tashkent – Samarkand (Morning train)
In the morning you will travel to Tashkent’s railway station and after departure to Samarkand by train. Samarkand is the second largest city in Uzbekistan and is located in the valley of the Zerafshan river. Samarkand has an ancient history of about 2500 years and is the same age as Rome and Babylon. Today you will have a chance to discover the fascinating attractions of the city and explore the best attractions such as Registan square, Shakhi-Zindeh, Mausoleum Guri Emir and Bibi Khanum Mosque. The first you will explore the outstanding landmark as Registan square where you can explore the beautiful views of the mighty madrasas that date back to the 15th-17th centuries. After that you will explore the amazing sites of UNESCO World Heritage Site architectural complex of Shakhi-Zindeh where you will have a chance to find the fascinating collection of mausoleums of 11th -15th centuries. And today you will also discover the interesting landmark - mosque that was erected in honor of the favorite Tamerlane’s wife after his campaign in India - Bibi Khanum Mosque. You will spend the night in the hotel.
Day 4: Samarkand – Tashkent (Evening train)
In the morning you will have the last day of the tour and discover Ulughbek observatory. You are going to discover the amazing site of Samarkand. You will be able to explore that this observatory was discovered by the ruler and scientist Ulugbek in the 15th century. The scientist was able to compile an interesting and unique catalog of “Ziji Guragoni", in which he was able to place about 1018 celestial bodies in 1437. But unfortunately, he was killed by his own son.
You will continue the tour with exploring the amazing street the local Broadway Street where you will walk enjoy the amazing souvenir shops, teahouses, sweets and workshops. Further you will continue the tour with visiting National bazaar – Siab. Here you will have a chance to explore traditional handmade products and local sweets. Today you will also explore handmade carpet factory where over 400 women sew carpets. After that you will drive to Tashkent. The overnight will be in the hotel.
